Returns policy:

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return
your product for store credit.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
• Returned items must still have tags on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return please complete the following steps:

• Return your items and send via post to 100 Darling Street, Broadmeadow, 2292, NSW or visit us at the Administration Building at
  Newcastle Racecourse.
• Shipping fees will be at the customers expense
• Store credit will be issued to you via email once the return has been processed.
• Lost or damaged returns will not be processed

Processing your order may take up to 5 business days. $10 shipping fee or pick up for free. We do not ship internationally. Use the Aus post
