RACE 1 – BIS INDUSTRIES MAIDEN PLATE 900M

Pamplemousse is knocking on the door after being runner up in his past two starts at Tamworth and Scone. On Scone Cup day he was three wide with no cover outside the leaders and only went down by a length to subsequent Gosford winner Pierina.

Sparkling Facet is a fast filly suited by the short course.

Ally Bally Bee is on debut after a respectable trial.

RACE 2 MATO MAIDEN HANDICAP 1200M

The Big Vin was a good thing beaten first up at Gosford recently. He was badly held up in the straight and flashed late. The long straight and longer trip is in his favour.

Oakfield Missile was close up when third in a strong race over 900 here last start and he is good odds.

Greenskeeper is on debut after an easy Kembla trial win.

RACE 3 CARTERS HEAVY HAULAGE F&M CLASS 1 1200M

Nipotina didn’t run the 14000 when disappointing at Randwick on May 26. Two starts back the filly stormed home when second to the smart Noble Creed over this trip and on this track.

All Too Free was disappointing last start at Gosford after an easy Kembla win two starts back. She was placed here three starts back.

Gracefilly was wide with no cover first up at Wyuong recently and she will be fitter this time.

RACE 4 AUSTRALIAN DRILLING SERVICES CLASS 1 1600M

Huangshan is first up over 1600 and he is good value. He won a Gosford Maiden easily in January and he was placed at Canterbury in February. He went well in a recent Rosehill trial.

Toroso won a four-horse race at Hawkesbury last start but he won it well and has a chance.

Play is one paced but is consistent and has a place chance.

RACE 5 BERENDSEN 2YO MAIDEN 900M

Gotta Minute has outstanding trial form and she will jump and run. She was an unplaced odds on favourite at Goulburn in her only start but there were excuses. She has won two recent Warwick Farm trials by five lengths.

Bare All is on debut and he has sound trial form.

Albert’s No Pussy won a recent Newcastle trial.

RACE 6 ALFABS MAIDEN 1850M

Whitney’s Start is a front runner which will appreciate the shorter trip after finishing runner up over 2100 at Wyong last start. She has been placed in her past three starts and only has to carry 51 ½ after the claim.

European stayer Nahuel was placed in his only Australian start at Hawkesbury recently and the longer trip is ideal.
Regal Rage was placed here over this trip three weeks ago.

RACE 7 PIRTEK CLASS 1 1200M

Tonsor bolted in on debut at Hawkesbury three weeks ago and he is an on pacer well placed here.

Flacon Island is first yup on the back of two easy trial wins and the claim enhances his prospects.

Versetto is a last start Gosford winner and he has been close up in his only two other starts.

RACE 8 JR MINING BENCHMARK 64 1400M

This is a winnable race for Longchamp Lass with only 53 ½ kilograms on her back. She has placed in six of nine starts on this track and she didn’t have a lot of luck last start.

Kravchenko came from last when narrowly beaten at Muswellbrook last start.

La Pont has been racing okay at Taree.
