Cottenham is crying out for this trip after a strong finishing second over 1500 on this track last start. The filly was beaten less than a length and she will be fitter this time in only her second start.

Zenardini was a beaten odds-on favourite at Hawkesbury last start but had no luck

Nowyunomi hasn’t been far away in two recent starts

Race 2- Clevertronics CG&E Maiden Handicap 1200m

Ruling Symbol finished two lengths from a subsequent winner first up at Gosford on Anzac Day. He was placed in a quality two-year-old event on this track twelve months ago and he is ready to win second up.

Warfare has been trialling well and expect a bold showing and Liberty Head on debut has trialled okay.

Race 3- NHP ISO Benchmark 64 Handicap 1500m

Warset is a former Kiwi having his fourth start for the Lees stable. He came from last on the turn to win running away over 1400 on this track two starts back. The four-year-old was held up a couple of times in the straight when unlucky fourth over 1500 here last start. He will be hard to hold out in this field.

Subtle Grey has won two of his last three on country tracks and he races well here.

Quality Approach is a stayer resuming and this trip is suitable first up.

Race 4- Nexans Trustolex F&M Maiden Handicap 1200m

Aim For Perfection is finally on debut after five barrier trial wins dating back to June last year. She has speed and has found a winnable race.

Oakfield Tickets is also on debut after a trial win on the Beaumont track on April 17 and a close second in a Gosford trial on April 29.

Celebrita’s Choice failed on debut on this track on April 13, but she has trialled okay since.

Race 5- Pierlite Shadow Benchmark 64 Handicap 1850m

Our Candidate is a European stayer which caught the eye in his first Australian start at Gosford on Anzac Day. He got a long way back in the 1900 metre event before finishing powerfully to be beaten a long head. He will appreciate the spacious track.

Faith In Kind races well here and was very unlucky last start and The Iron Maiden has been placed in her last two starts.

Race 6- The Robus Sonic Class 2 Handicap 900m

Bengalla Bay is a very fast two-year-old which steps up to Provincial class after two brilliant wins at Muswellbrook. The colt speed over the 1000 metre trip in 56.7 (Good 4) and 57.64 (Soft 5).

Venture Capital is another speedster and both her wins have been over 900m, one of them on this track.

Race 7- Clipsal By Schneider Maiden Plate 1400m

Sceptre Of Power is well placed here and he has the rails barrier. He was narrowly beaten second up at Wyong last start and he was a creditable fourth first up at Warwick Farm he has led in two of his three starts.

Royal Captain has been placed in four of five starts this prep and he has placed three times on this track.

Aravina was a distant third on debut and can improve

Race 8- L & H Bucketlist Newcastle Nobbys Benchmark 70 Handicap 1200m

Through The Cracks is very smart with a record of four wins from five starts. He was very impressive in winning on this track lasts start and despite a three kilogram rise in weight he will be hard to beat.

Rare Episode bolted in first up at Hawkesbury and he was won three from seven

Tycoon Street resumes and has a place chance
