Race 1- XXXX Gold Showcase Class 2 900m

Designer Maid and Rouge Runner clashed in a recent Gosford barrier trial and there was little between the pair. Designer Maid led in the trial with Rouge Runner in second place and they crossed the line together under no pressure.

Designer Maid won by a big space on debut at Taree in July while Rouge Runner has won at Scone and Cessnock.

Pamplemousse is a winner on this track over this trip.

Selections;

3- Designer Maid

2- Rouge Runner

1- Pamplemousse

Race 2- Senpos Cessnock Lightning 900m

Trust Me won three “on the trot” before a spell and he resumes on the back of two trials. He will sit off the pace from his inside barrier and will be strong late.

Professor Marx has a place chance.

Selections:

2- Trust Me

5- Princess Lottie

1- Professor Marx

Race 3- Peden’s Hotel Maiden 1600m

Crowd Surfer can break through here in his third race start. He was runner up to a smart one on debut at Taree then he attempted an all the way win when beaten less than two lengths at Muswellbrook. He should lead or race handy and he may be too classy.

Selections:

1- Crowd Surfer

11- Sweet Art

8- One More Prince

Race 4- East Cessnock Bowling Club Class 1 1200m

More Chilli resumes on the back of two recent trials. He was beaten a length by a smart stablemate Kedah on debut at Muswellbrook in July. In his only other start he was successful at Scone. This is a winnable race for More Chilli.

Jamaican Dream may lead, and he could be hard to catch.

Selections:

4- More Chilli

3- Legion Of Boom

5- Jamaican Dream

Race 5- Cessnock Leagues Club Benchmark 66 – 1600m

If Kulnura runs the ‘Mile’ he will be hard to beat. He races on the speed, has the rails barrier and RT rides him for the first time. He can pull hard but there is sped in the rail.

Hermosa Reward is in good form and will run well again while Dreamnomore is the leader and if given an easy time is hard to run down.

Selections:

3- Kulnura

6- Hermosa Reward

5- Dreamnomore

Race 6- Hungerford Hill Cessnock Cup 2300m

Keep Up found his best form to win at Hawkesbury last start and the former Kiwi is the one to beat. He was runner up in a strong race at Warwick Farm in September and he just needs to settle okay.

Dylan’s Romance is in form and he was narrowly beaten in the recent Queanbeyan Cup. He has 3 ½ kilograms less to carry here and normally leads.

Selections;

1- Keep Up

2- Dylan’s Romance

3- Hirokin

Selections;

4- Nick The Skip

7- Rosaria Caterina
