Buckin’ Beauty has been placed in her past two starts over the 900 on this track. She is a fast filly and after sitting outside the lead she tired in the last bit. The three-year-old will be fitter this time and the opposition is not as strong.
Game Set Match was narrowly beaten in a recent Rosehill trial while Mary Magpie has a place chance.

Race 2- Top Cut Foods Class 1 & Maiden Plate 2320m
Grey Eminence wasn’t far away when fourth first up over 2100m at Hawkesbury. He was a runaway winner of a 2100 metre Wyong maiden in May before a close up fourth at Kembla Grange prior to a spell.
Transact led all the way to win a Class 1 at Cessnock last start in his first start over a staying course.
Whangamata bolted in with a Newcastle Class 1 two starts back before being outclassed at the Cup Carnival.

Cool And Neat has had three starts since he returned from Hong Kong and he is ready to win. the six-year-old was beaten 1.7 lengths in an unsuitable 1100 metre race first up at Gosford before a strong finishing second at Wyong. Last start at Kembla on September 18 he again did his best work late when beaten a length.
Our Royal Egyptian has been a disappointment, but he may have a soft run up front and prove hard to run down.
Grand Bouquet stormed home to win at Hawkesbury two starts back before being 5 lengths from the winner in the Group 3 Spring Stakes at the Newcastle Cup Carnival.

Race 4- Coastline Pools & Spas Maiden 1500m
Devil’s Luck went well first up on this track two weeks ago. He was beaten two lengths in a 1200 metre maiden and the 1500 metres this time is more to his liking. He had solid form last prep including a close second at Gosford.
Shouson has been placed in his only two starts at Newcastle and Hawkesbury is knocking on the door.
Former Victorian mare Candy Girl was only beaten a length on this track two weeks back.

Race 5- Sharp Electronics Group Maiden 1200m
Separated is a promising filly resuming on the back of a nice Randwick trial. She finished 2.3 lengths behind The Autumn Sun in her last start at Randwick in May. In her debut run at Randwick on Anzac Day she was favourite when a close fourth.
Oakfield Romance has finally drawn a decent barrier and she races well on this track.
Quick Nick has been runner up in his past two starts and he has a chance.

Orcein raced crack three-year old’s The Autumn Sun and Graff in the Autumn and he was not disgraced. In his last start at Canterbury on September 1 he was only beaten 1.7 lengths. He was narrowly beaten in a recent trial.
Burbank resumes on the back of two trials and before a spell he was only beaten 2.7 lengths in the Listed Lonhro Plate at Warwick Farm back in February.
Rheingau has been placed in both Newcastle starts.

Royal Stamp looked good winning over 2000m at Rosehill two starts back. She failed on a heavy track last start at Rosehill and she will appreciate the firmer track. This mare has solid metropolitan form.
Love Shack Baby wasn’t far away at Warwick Farm last start and he bolted in at Wyong three starts back.
Our Winnie has won four on the trot and she has a great chance again.

Race 8- Hunter Defence Support Network Benchmark 64 1200m
Cartel was run down late on this track two weeks back and he will be fitter third up after a twelve-month spell. The lightly raced four-year-old has genuine speed and he has a soft draw.
Tabrobane made up good ground when close fifth at Scone last start while Neruda broke through at Newcastle last start.
