The term for the Club's current Board of Directors is due to expire at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 28 November 2017. In accordance with the Club's Constitution, four (4) Directors will be appointed by the Members of the Club and three (3) Directors will be appointed by a selection panel process.
The current Board of Directors have appointed Prosperity Audit Services as Returning Officer in accordance with clause 12.5(a) of the Constitution.
