Race 1 – NZB November Ready To Run Sale Provincial Maiden Plate 1300m

Ramius is ready to win after two recent placings at Kembla and Hawkesbury. Last start at Hawkesbury he took a sit behind the two leaders and took the lead halfway down the straight. He was run down close to the line finishing third. Ramius has a positive barrier and has a 2 kilogram allowance.

Master Riley was placed first up at Moruya after solid form earlier this year while Kazotsky has been trialing well.

Race 2 – Team Thoroughbred NSW 4YO & Up Maiden Plate 1400m

Copacabana caught the eye with a strong finishing third in a classy maiden on this track on August 8. He was first up and after a slow start he raced at the tail of the field before making up many lengths in the closing stages. In previous preparations Copacabana was placed at Warwick Farm, Bendigo and Sandown and he draws well here.

Maracaibo Sun has been runner up at Canterbury and Newcastle this prep and is a threat while Wexford Miss has a chance.

Race 3 – NJC Supports Equimillion 2024 Midway Benchmark 68 Handicap 1500m

Northern Eyes is chasing a hat trick of wins after two impressive victories at Hawkesbury this month. He raced in second place two starts back at Hawkesbury then raced away to win by more than three lengths. Last start he was very strong late after a bump in the straight. Last prep he was placed, beaten a length in a Randwick Super Maiden.

Lets Go Bro races well on this track and went okay at Rosehill last start and Inferencia is a last start winner on the track.

Race 4 – Sharp Office Benchmark 64 Handicap 2200m

Fioprospero runs his best races at Newcastle where he can unwind from well back down the long straight. His two wins and four placings have been on this track and he will relish his first attempt at this trip. He has no speed and will settle at the rear of the field.

Luconi is lightly raced and has good form and Fun Sunday is a last start winner.

Race 5 – Davali Thoroughbreds Class 1 Handicap 1200m

Snow In May is an acceptor in two races on Thursday but is likely to run in this event. Her only start resulted in a brilliant win at The Wagga Cup Carnival in May and she has had two quiet Randwick trials in August. She has barrier one and Kerrin McEvoy rides.

Mogul Monarch was impressive in an easy all the way Hawkesbury win first up on August 13.

Empress Of Japan is resuming and won a Gosford maiden in March.

Race 6 – Allied The Careful Movers Maiden Handicap 1200m

First starter Spirit Of Wealth has been very impressive in winning two Randwick trials in August. Tommy Berry has the mount and he rode her in both trials in which she was never off the bit. The filly is very quick.

James McDonald rides the Waller trained Ti Amo Tanto and she is on debut after a nice quiet trial.

Wallers, Take Achance On Me has impressed in trials.

Race 7- Dailey Family Funerals F&M Benchmark 64 Handicap 1250m

Paul Perry’s Zoe Shark is second up after being run down late first up at Tuncurry on August 9. In March she was nailed late over 1350m at Wyong. The mare has drawn well and the inform apprentice Braith Nock will claim 3 kilograms.

Austeja is down in class and has raced well on this track in June. She has genuine speed and has a 3 kilogram claim.

Shalook was a close third second up at Kembla last start.

Race 8 – The Prince Of Merewether CG&E Benchmark 64 Handicap 1250m

Unwritten is knocking on the door after runner up performances at Newcastle and Hawkesbury recently. He was beaten less than a length in a strong race here on August 8 and he came from well back at Hawkesbury on July 21. The 3 kilogram allowance is a positive.

French Marine returned to winning form last start and Carpaccio has a chance.
