    Race 1 – Allied The Careful Movers Provincial Maiden Plate 1600

    Literature Tycoon is yet to place in four starts but last prep he was a close fourth in two Hawkesbury starts. She was slowly away first up on this track on February 1when she finished midfield and the booking of Jason Collett to ride the filly is significant.

    Audenzia was brave when a close second at Kembla first up recently and she can lead as she did last start.

    Cogitare was placed in a strong Scone Maiden last start.

    Race 2 – Living Turf Maiden Plate 1200m

    She Swings has put the writing on the wall with eye catching performances in her only two starts. On debut at Warwick Farm on January 27 she stormed home form the top of the straight in a field of eleven to finish second less than a length from the winner. On this track on February 15, it was a similar performance when a close second.

    From The Peak is undefeated in two trials and Ti Amo Tanto can run well first up.

    Race 3 – Williams Designer Homes Benchmark 64 Handicap 2300m

    Zizette is a strong stayer which will appreciate the long trip. The mare came from ten lengths off the lead when a fast finishing second at Wyong on February 13. She has since had a soft Randwick trial and gun apprentice Braith Nock has the mount.

    Nyota is a front running stayer which won easily at Wyong last start and Presley is a close to a win.

    Race 4 – All Park Projects Paul Perry 2YO Handicap 1300m

    Napoleonic is a well-bred colt which didn’t have the best of luck at Warrick Farm on February 19. He was slow away and near last to the home turn. He never had a lot of room to unwind in the straight and finished midfield. The colt had won a Warrick Farm trial on February 11.

    Matias ran on strong behind the placegetters on debut at Canterbury recently and will be fitter while Crown The King is a front runner with a chance.

    Race 5- Prosperity Advisers 3YO & Up Maiden Handicap 1400m

    Frontex is ready to win after placings at Canterbury and Kembla in his only two starts. He ran on strong when a close second at Canterbury on February 7 and he sat outside the leader when beaten less than aa length at Kembla on February 25. Tommy Berry who had ridden him in a trial has his first race ride on the gelding.

    Viktor has been placed in two of three starts and he has led in all three starts.

    Pâtissier had no lick on debut at Hawkesbury on February 20.

    Race 6 – Lees Racing Midway Benchmark 64 Handicap 1500m

    Buba is hard to catch but she is well placed in this race. She finished strongly when narrowly beaten at Gosford on a rain affected track on February 22. The mare is racing well this prep and has won at Newcastle.

    Bluebird Bay resumes after two trials and was a Scone winner before a spell and Gendarmerie is very consistent.

    Race 7 – Horsepower Newcastle Stakes 1400m

    Makarena is the class runner is an on pacer and a positive barrier. She won the Group 2 Gold Pendant in September and was only 1.3 lengths form the winner in the $10 Million Golden Eagle. The mare was gutsy when a beaten odds-on favourite first up int eh Group 2 Millie Fox. She has a good second up record and has good soft track form.

    Victorian Amenable was beaten a neck in the Group 1 All Aged Stakes last April and he races well first up.

    Coastwatch won a listed race at Sandown in January.

    Race 8 – NZB Samantha Miss Benchmark 68 Handicap 1300m

    This is a wide-open affair with the Victorian Elba and titanium Miss both capable of winning this race. Elba will appreciate a soft track and Titanimum Miss wasn’t far away in the group 3 Spring Stakes in the Spring.

    Rose’s Legacy resumes and has good form on the track.
