Race 1 – Novocastrian Electrical Class 1 & Maiden Plate 2300m
Don Quixote is in good form, and he steps up to this trip for the first time. He was an easy winner over 1850m on this track three starts back and he has been placed here and at Canterbury in his past two starts.
Frankie’s Me Dad came from well back when an easy winner on the Beaumont track last start.
Jimmy Manolo beat a much weaker field at Tuncurry last start.

Race 2 – Bella Group Services Paul Perry 2YO Handicap 1300m
James Cummings has four of the ten runners in a good provincial two-year-old event. Inhibitions raced on the speed when she won at Canterbury last start and the filly has drawn okay.
Tom Kitten finished strongly to win at Warwick Farm in his second race start and Wymark wasn’t far away at Canterbury on debut.

Race 3 – New Zealand Bloodstock Provincial Maiden Plate 1600m
Higher Hand is knocking at the door after recent placings at Wyong and Muswellbrook. He had to work hard on the speed when placed at Wyong last start and he was run down by a smart one at Muswellbrook in early February. He will be on speed from the rails barrier, and this is a winnable race.
Piccadilly Lass was strong late when runner up at Wyong last start while Our Frankie can fill a place.

Race 4- Kloster Motor Group Maiden Plate 1200m
Pereille is a James Cummings trained colt who has been placed in all five starts at Warwick Farm and Rosehill. He has never finished further than .78 of a length from the winner. Tim Clark has the mount, and this is his race.
Tot Of Rum has been placed in two of three starts and she looked good winning a recent trial.
Iron Man resumes following a good second at his only start at Rosehill in September.

Race 5 – Charlestown Square 3yo & Up Maiden Handicap 1400m
Fall For Cindy resumes after a nice quiet trial at Randwick recently. In her only start the filly was beaten a length on this track in October. Avdulla has the mount, and she will love the 1400m trip first up.
Lalaguna will probably lead and has solid city form, and Gago has been racing well in town.

Race 6 – Kam-Cool Refrigeration Midway Benchmark 64 Handicap 1400m
Martini Crusader has a good record with a win and two seconds from four starts on this track. He is ready to win after two runs from a spell and he was runner up first up at Gosford.
Wealthofknowledge can improve after two runs back and The Carpet Bagger is racing well.

Race 7 – Horsepower Newcastle Stakes (Group 3) 1400m
Cross Talk is well weighted and looks certain to lead. He always puts in as his record of five wins and five placings from eleven starts suggests. He was run down late first up at Rosehill and the rails barrier is gold.
Kiss Sum won the Group 3 Gunsynd at Eagle Farm in June and he was narrowly beaten in the Provincial Championship final.
Pizarro is lightly raced but talented.

Race 8 – Sharp Office Benchmark 64 Handicap 1200m
Shohei resumes without a trial, but she is well placed here. She has a win and three placings from five starts and has good fresh form.
