    Race 1                DABS PLUMBING PROVINCIAL MAIDEN HANDICAP 900m

    Cutepi resumes after a long spell, and she has won two recent barrier trials at Muswellbrook and Newcastle. She has drawn perfectly and Andrew Adkins rides.

    Lightly Sparkled will be fitter after a close fourth first up at Kembla and Bent AsHell has been placed in her past three starts.

    Race 2 – CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS CLASS 1 HANDICAP 1500m

    Sanctuary Storm was impressive on debut when winning at Bathurst on November 16. He was three wide with no cover and hit the line hard.

    Chilly Charlie can improve in this field and Luskaire has a chance with a 3-kilogram allowance.

    Race 3 – O’NEILL’S TYRES JIM O’NEILL MEMORIAL MAIDEN HANDICAP 1500m

     

    Kotaishi was run down on the post at Canterbury last start, and he draws an inside barrier in a capacity field. He has been placed on this track and his Irish jockey won the recent Spring Stakes at Newcastle.

    Walk The Pier came from last when narrowly beaten at Kembla on debut recently while Cantarito from The Waller stable was unlucky on debut at Kembla on November 16.

    Race 4 – O’NEILL’S TYRES MAITLAND & RUTHERFORD SUPER MAIDEN PLATE 1300m

    A very open race however if California Waves repeats his only run when narrowly beaten at Kembla in July, he will be hard to beat. He has had two recent soft trials, and the in-form Andrew Adkins has the mount.

    Hyperbolic had good form last prep and Bella Corazon resumes after metropolitan placings last prep.

    Race 5 – ULTRA TUNE JESMOND SUPER MAIDEN PLATE 1300m

    Metaphorically has raced well in two starts on metropolitan tracks and he has the speed to overcome the wide barrier. First up on November 15 the colt was only beaten 1.64 lengths at Canterbury.

    Burt is a first starter which won a recent Rosehill trial and Alliri has been runner up in both starts.

    Race 6 – LIQUIP NEWCASTLE 4YO&UP BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP 1400m

    Recent Jungle Juice Cup Winner Crop Duster has won three from eight on this track and he will be hard to beat. He wasn’t disgraced at Rosehill last start and talented apprentice Mitch Stapleford has a 3-kilogram claim.

    Awesome Tycoon was narrowly beaten at Scone last start, and he has the rails barrier while Zouprince is ready to win.

    Race 7 – PRO-TORQUE MINION CUP MIDWAY BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP 1200m

    Lounerse had no luck when held up in the straight at Scone on November 11 and she won two starts back at Port Macquarie. She has won three from seven and is a winner at Newcastle.

    Ces Soirees La has good city form and was only a length away at Canterbury last start.

    Miss Cartel resumes and won three on the trot last prep.

    Race 8 – PRO-TOUQUE CESSNOCK CUP – CONDITIONAL BENCHMARK 68 HANDICAP 1850m

    Bestower is knocking on the door after two eye catching runner up performances at Rosehill and Newcastle recently. The 1850 metre trip on her home track is ideal and she has good form on rain affected tracks.

    Subarctic has been in good form in Country Victoria recently and Overice has a chance
