OWNERS TICKETING

SATURDAY & FEATURE RACE DAYS

Owners planning to attend Newcastle Racecourse are eligible for specific ticketing benefits.

Owners are entitled to 2 x Owner Tickets, with the option to buy extra Members tickets online or at the gates for $55.00 per adult.

1 x complimentary Racebook and access to:

Tie Up Stalls –  Members Lounge – Members Enclosure and Owners and Trainers Bar.

Dress Regulations are in effect for the Members Enclosure. Children under 18, when accompanied by a responsible adult, can enter the racecourse for free. However, children with Owners must visit the Raceday Office with the Owners to get a pass for the Members Enclosure.

PRE REGISTERING: After acceptances have been issued, Owners will receive an email containing important information, including a registration code. Use this code to register your attendance online. Owners will then receive an email with 2 x Owner tickets for access to the racecourse via the main gates.

Additional Members Day Passes can also be purchased online. Owners tickets can be collected from the Owners Tickets window located behind the administration office. NJC Members or those with booked hospitality venue tickets do not need to pre-register.

The Owners tickets now feature a QR code for claiming a complimentary $10 food and beverage voucher.

MID WEEK Racing : For mid-week and Wine Country racing at Newcastle, pre-registration is not required as entry is complimentary. Owners can collect 1 x Owner Ticket from the Administration Building before entering the racecourse. Free entry is provided for all patrons, and Owner Tickets are available from the Administration office only on Midweek Race Days.
