OWNERS TICKETING

To ensure you have the best Owners Experience please review all the information below in relation to Owners Ticketing. Owners planning to attend Newcastle Racecourse are eligible for specific ticketing benefits.

SATURDAY AND FEATURE RACE DAYS

Owners are entitled to 2 x Owner Tickets, with the option to buy extra Members tickets online or at the gates for $55.00 per adult.

1 x complimentary Racebook and access to:

• Tie Up Stalls
• Members Lounge/Members Enclosure
• Owners and Trainers Bar- Swish Bar

Dress Regulations are in effect for the Members Enclosure. Children under 18, when accompanied by a responsible adult, can enter the racecourse for free. However, children must visit the Raceday Office with the Owners to get a pass for the Members Enclosure.

PRE-REGISTERING: For Saturday and Feature Race Days

If you have a current NJC Membership Card OR booked tickets into a venue you are not required to register. Your NJC Membership Card or venue tickets will give you access into the racecourse. Once you have registered on the NJC website, you will receive via a return email 2 x racecourse entry tickets that provide you and one guest access to the racecourse via the main entry gates. Scan these tickets at the main gates to gain entry. Once inside the racecourse grounds please make your way to the Owners Ticket Window to receive your Owners Tickets. This will give you and your guest access to our Members Precinct.

*Please ensure you have valid ID, for example your driver’s license, to collect your ticket.

Entry is free for children under 18 years of age with accompanying adult.

• If your horse is scratched prior to or on the race day we would still love to see you by offering, you a complimentary Members Day Pass. Usual Owners privileges are not available.

MID WEEK RACE DAYS:

Mid-week and Wine Country racing at Newcastle, pre-registration is not required as entry is Free. Owners can collect 1 x Owner Ticket from the Administration Building before entering the racecourse. Free entry is provided for all patrons, and Owner Tickets are available from the Administration office only on Midweek Race Days.

• If your horse is scratched prior to or on the mid-week race day we would still love to see you and you do not require any ticketing. Usual Owners privileges are not available.
