Race 1 – Red Funnel 3YO Maiden Handicap 900m
Kittyhawk Flyer should kick favourite punters off to a good start. She was narrowly beaten on debut on this track in April and she won a recent trial in good style.
Victorella is on debut after an easy trial win while Gravity Zero was narrowly beaten in a recent trial.

Race 2 – Avid Project Management Maiden Handicap 1600m
Au Pair is a Victorian which went okay when a close fifth at Muswellbrook last week. The longer trip will suit the daughter of Melbourne Cup winner Shocking. She has drawn well and former Kiwi jockey Alysha Collett has the mount.
Dizzy Dawn can improve on the bigger track and Queen Zoffany has an each-way chance.

Race 3- Coastline Pools & Spas Class 1 Handicap 1300m
Red Hot is good value here and she is a strong finisher. She came from last on the turn to win a Gosford Maiden on July 25 and again she came from last when a fast finishing fifth at Wyong last start. The mare will appreciate the spacious Newcastle track.
Running Four Bub is a last start Goulburn winner with a chance and My Rose My Kingdom is trialing well.

Race 4 – TAB Venue Mode Class 1 Handicap 1300m
Ushindi bolted in on debut on this track three weeks ago. He has since had a quite trial on the Beaumont track. The gelding has drawn well and the in -form Aaron Bullock rides again.
Geo is an unlikely starter but if he does, he has a good chance.
Atherton has struck form this prep and he may lead.

Race 5- Miner Cloud Services Class 1 & Maiden 1875m
Much Much Better has the best form, has the lightest weight and Tommy Berry. He was beaten a long head by dual Group 1 winner Montefilia in a Newcastle Maiden on Newmarket Day in March. He has been running up in his past two metropolitan starts.
Unamerican had no luck at Wyong last start and Kim Alicia has been racing well.

Race 6 – $1Million Hunter Race Day Maiden Plate 1500m
Kutayha ran on strong when beaten a length first up at Wyong on October 1. He will appreciate the spacious track and he loves to unwind late. He is a New Zealand bred four-year-old which was placed twice on Victorian country tracks before joining Waller’s Sydney stable.
Savvy Legend’s best run was hot last run when a when a fast finishing second on this track.
Believe So wasn’t far away on the Kensington track in his only start two weeks ago.

Race 7 – New Zealand Bloodstock Benchmark 68 Handicap 1400m
Hard Faith is in very good form since coming to Newcastle. She has had a win and two placings from three starts. She is a front runner and has raced well here.
Super is on a quick back up and he has won here.
Zell is a front runner with good form here.
